Zandvoort Auto Racing Haarlem Holland Tourist Information - The Netherlands |
The seaside community of Zandvoort Holland is located directly west of Haarlem. It can be easily reached by train, bus, tram or bike from central Haarlem. Depending on your pace, it will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to walk from Haarlem city centre to Zandvoort.
Zandvoort's claim to fame is auto racing. The racetrack (Circuit Park Zanvoort) is situated in the sand dunes near the North Sea. The track is the Netherlands' most important racing circuit.
